Treatment
Compared to the corpus luteum or follicular cysts, paraovarian cyst does not disappear by its own. As a rule the treatment requires surgery, sometimes even cyst enucleation (total removal of the diseased organ). Removal of tumors should be made prior to IVF or planning a pregnancy. Complications
